Universal Pictures At Home – YouTube Channel

  • Took over the channel two years ago and led a full strategic refresh of content, packaging, and upload cadence.

  • In the selected period, the channel generated over 595 million views, making it one of the highest-performing channels in the AVOD portfolio.

  • Drove a major increase in revenue, with earnings in the most recent period growing by over 30% compared to the previous equivalent timeframe.

  • Fully responsible for editing every published video, ensuring consistency, quality and brand alignment across all uploads.

  • Developed a new content strategy focused on high-retention compilations and search-optimised packaging, resulting in significant uplift in both views and watch time.

  • Worked closely with internal stakeholders to deliver premium, on-brand assets at a high volume while maintaining quality control.

BattleBots – YouTube Channel

  • Took over management of the BattleBots YouTube channel last year and focused on improving consistency, presentation and overall content quality.

  • The channel delivered more than 67 million views in the last 12 months, along with more than 9 million hours of watch time.

  • Added more than 234,000 new subscribers, growing a highly engaged fanbase that responds strongly to premium edits and clear packaging.

  • Used After Effects to create custom graphics, branded motion elements and visual overlays that better reflect the energy and pacing of BattleBots.

  • Built more effective content structures by refining face-offs, clip compilations and spotlight edits to match fan behaviour and platform trends.

  • Improved titles, metadata and packaging to help the channel stay discoverable during key moments in the season.

  • Supported a steady increase in revenue year on year, driven by stronger retention and more polished presentation across uploads.

  • Worked closely with internal teams to maintain quality, deliver high volumes of content and keep the channel aligned with BattleBots branding.

Monk – YouTube Channel

  • Two years ago I stepped in to manage the Monk YouTube channel and worked on strengthening the editorial flow and overall viewer experience.

  • The channel delivered over 46 million views in the selected period, along with 4.7 million hours of watch time, showing steady demand for the series across compilations and highlights.

  • Brought in nearly 50,000 new subscribers by refining the upload rhythm and shaping compilations that better reflect what long-time fans enjoy.

  • Strengthened the channel’s edit style by improving narrative flow, tightening structure and ensuring each video had a clear purpose and payoff.

  • Refreshed the channel’s packaging by adjusting titles, thumbnails and metadata to better match search behaviour and platform trends.
