I serve as Co-Chair of NBCUniversal’s Million Makers team for The King’s Trust, leading a group of colleagues in planning and delivering large-scale fundraising initiatives. This role has strengthened my leadership, organisation and communication skills, and given me experience coordinating teams across multiple disciplines.

Key Achievements:

• Co-led the planning and delivery of our fundraising gala, which raised £65,000 for The King’s Trust.

• Supported several additional initiatives throughout the year, generating multiple thousands of pounds in additional fundraising.

• Nominated for a Future Leaders Award in recognition of my contribution, teamwork and leadership potential.

• Helped coordinate a team of around 30 people, keeping projects on track, maintaining clear communication and ensuring every initiative delivered on its goals.

• Applied creative production and organisational skills to charity campaigns, promotional content and event planning.

This experience has helped me grow as a leader, sharpen my problem-solving skills, and build confidence in guiding teams through projects from planning to execution.
